Pursuant to Consumer Protection Laws, if you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you receive the products.
How to exercise your return right:
· Request the Return Form by sending an email to: info@leisure-services.com
· Ship the product back within 14 days from submitting your withdrawal notification.
· The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer.
Condition of Goods and Liability: The product must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging. The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. If the product shows clear signs of use or damage that prevent resale, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding value from the refund.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal (Customized Goods): Pursuant to Applicable Regulations, the right of withdrawal is expressly excluded for the supply of goods made to specifications or clearly personalized (manufactured based on individual choices or instructions provided by the Customer).
