These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products and services provided by International Leisure Services s.r.l., both through the e-commerce website

2. Scope of Application
These conditions apply to purchases made by both Consumers (B2C) and Professional/Business Clients (B2B).
Placing an order (online or by accepting a quote/work order in the workshop) implies full acceptance of these General Terms of Sale.
3. Purchase and Contract Formation
· Online Purchases (Website): The contract is concluded when the Customer receives written order confirmation and payment confirmation via email.
· In-Shop Purchases and Services: For custom work, installations, or products purchased on-site, the contract is finalized upon signing the quote/work order and paying the required deposit.
4. Prices, Deposit, and Payment Terms
· All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT.
· 20% Deposit and Balance: For custom builds, vehicle fitting, or custom products (ordered in-shop or online), a 20% deposit of the total amount is required upon order confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid upon pickup at our premises or prior to product shipment.
· Accepted Payment Methods: Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Bank Transfer.
5. Shipping, Delivery, and Workshop Pickup
· Workshop Pickup: Free of charge at Via Pasubio 53, Paderno Dugnano (MI), Italy.
· Bulky Goods Shipping: Shipping fees for bulky goods are custom-calculated based on the specific item and destination.
· Transit Time: Ranges from 36 hours to 7 working days depending on the destination, starting from carrier pickup (excluding production or handling times).
· Delivery Inspection: In case of damaged packaging, the Customer must accept delivery "subject to specific inspection" detailing the damage on the delivery note (e.g., "crushed box"). Transport damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
· For Online Purchases (E-commerce):
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. Notification must be sent to info@leisure-services.com. The customer pays return shipping costs.
· For In-Shop Purchases:
The 14-day statutory right of withdrawal applies strictly to distance sales (online). Purchases made in person at our workshop are not subject to the right of withdrawal, without prejudice to statutory warranty rights.
· Exclusion of Withdrawal (Custom-Made Goods):
The right of withdrawal is expressly excluded for goods made to specification or clearly customized (e.g., custom campervan modules tailored to specific vehicle models).
7. Legal Conformity Guarantee
· Consumer Clients (B2C): Products and services are covered by a 24-month Legal Conformity Guarantee from delivery/installation under consumer law.
· Business Clients (B2B with VAT): The guarantee for business purchases is 12 months.
· The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, incorrect self-installation, or lack of maintenance.
8. Personal Data Protection (Privacy)

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian Law.
· Consumer Clients: Competent jurisdiction belongs to the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile.
· Business Clients (B2B): Exclusive jurisdiction rests with the Court of Milan.
