1. Store Pickup
Picking up your product at our premises (Via Pasubio 53, Paderno Dugnano, Milan) is free of charge.
2. Shipping and Delivery Costs
To ensure maximum care in transporting our bulky items, delivery fees are customized based on the specific item and final destination.
3. Processing and Transit Times
The total time to receive your goods is divided into two phases:
1. Availability/Production: Times vary depending on stock availability or product manufacturing time.
2. Transit Time: Ranges from 36 hours to 7 working days depending on the destination, starting from when the carrier takes charge of the product (not from order submission or payment).
4. Receiving Goods and Damage Inspection
Upon delivery by the carrier, the Customer is required to inspect the condition of the packaging:
· In the event of damaged, opened, or wet packaging, you must accept delivery "subject to specific inspection", detailing the issue on the courier's delivery receipt (e.g., "crushed packaging", "torn box").
· Any transport-related damage to the goods must be reported to our customer service within 48 hours of receipt.
